IT Support Engineer
Job Description:
- Support end-users hardware and software and determine their needs, provide training, mentoring and great service.
- Design, implement and manage MS Windows network systems, perform system updates, backups and guarantee file safety.
- Maintain system peripherals, such as printers and other network connected devices.
- Set up user accounts, monitor performance, confidentiality and proper use.
- Be on call when systems go down or malfunction and provide quick appropriate diagnosis and repairs.
- Test and evaluate systems determine efficiency, reliability, compatibility and make recommendations.
- Attend training and study technical journals to keep up with changes in technology.
- Work cohesively with other A2K engineers and colleagues.
- Develop and document procedures for installation, use and troubleshooting of systems.
- Availability to travel.
