IT Support Engineer
Job Description:
  • Support end-users hardware and software and determine their needs, provide training, mentoring and great service.
  • Design, implement and manage MS Windows network systems, perform system updates, backups and guarantee file safety.
  • Maintain system peripherals, such as printers and other network connected devices.
  • Set up user accounts, monitor performance, confidentiality and proper use.
  • Be on call when systems go down or malfunction and provide quick appropriate diagnosis and repairs.
  • Test and evaluate systems determine efficiency, reliability, compatibility and make recommendations.
  • Attend training and study technical journals to keep up with changes in technology.
  • Work cohesively with other A2K engineers and colleagues.
  • Develop and document procedures for installation, use and troubleshooting of systems.
  • Availability to travel.
